The Book of Woths

What Ought They Have Said

An evolving book of origins, wisdom and human understanding— proposed by people, tested against evidence and revised when better knowledge becomes available.

Read the current edition Give an idea to humanity

English is the first working language—not the language of truth.

A different kind of book

No passage is sacred. The search for truth is.

The Book of Woths is not presented as revelation and has no final human authority. Its passages remain open to evidence, criticism and revision.

01

Propose

Anyone may privately suggest a passage, correction, objection, reference or translation. No account or public identity is required.

02

Examine

Claims are judged by evidence, reasoning, uncertainty and their consequences for suffering, liberty and human flourishing—not by the status of their author.

03

Revise

Accepted ideas may be rewritten, combined or later replaced. Previous editions remain visible so that the development of the book can be scrutinised.

Authorship is an ambition, not a branding claim. This begins as an English-language edition created by its contributors. It can only earn the words authored by humanity through genuinely broad cultural and linguistic participation.

This edition is a prototype

The existing writing is the first working model, not a finished authority. It is offered for examination. Readers may privately propose improvements and receive an anonymous tracking code without creating a profile or claiming ownership of the resulting book.
